Winter Rinse is an ice melt rinse aid that neutralizes the corrosive film left behind by ice melting chemicals. It helps to remove the chalky residue left behind on carpets or hard floors without discoloring or harming surfaces.  With this ultra concentrate formula at a dilution rate of only 4oz of Winter Rinse to 1 gallon of water, you can economically clean all flooring surfaces.
